Masterplans released for two state parks

New York State Parks (OPRHP) has completed a Final Master Plan and Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for Clarence Fahnestock Memorial State Park and Hudson Highlands State Park Preserve which are located in Dutchess, Putnam and Westchester Counties.

Both of the Final Master Plans can be found online. Copies of the Final Plan/FEIS are also  available for review at the Park Office at Clarence Fahnestock Memorial State Park, at the offices of the agency contacts and at the Butterfield Library, 10 Morris Ave. Cold Spring, NY 10516, the Howland Public Library, 313 Main Street, Beacon, NY 12508 and the Kent Public Library, 17 Sybil’s Crossing, Kent Lakes, NY 10512.
