NY’s Economic Development Council releases CFA awards

Over $785 million has been awarded through the Regional Economic Development Council
initiative, continuing New York’s efforts to redesign the way state government works in order to drive economic growth and create jobs. As part of the Regional Council process, a Consolidated Funding Application (CFA) was created to give businesses and other entities a streamlined and expedited access to economic development funding from nine state agencies and 29 existing programs. Awards for CFA projects were based on the endorsement of the local Regional Council and the technical scoring of various state funding agencies.

Many of the awards announced by the Regional Economic Development Councils were granted towards park, trail, Canalway, and historic site projects. See the list here.

Thank you for compiling this list. It is very helpful. One correction — The Bird Homestead and Meeting House rehabilitation should be listed as the City of Rye, not the Town of Rye. It’s confusing, but the City of Rye is a separate entity.
